Question What do Slavs think of Pan-Slavism?

In my perception it's more popular than Pan-Germanism and Pan-Latinism despite Slavic countries having had a more troubled recent past with one another than the other groups, in my view. Slavic peoples are also split into three main religions, which isn't the case for the other two lots.

Since "Slavs" is a linguistic classification (with a very corrupted name BTW) the opinions will probably differ depending on what's someone nationality, worldview etc.

Generally speaking there are some nations that I have heard have been into this idea, namely Serbs, Russians, apparently Ukrainians (although in their case it surely has been changing since the war has started), and maybe Belarusians or some other Balkan nations?
Notably it's been a dead movement in Poland for like a hundred years and has started to lose out support already before WW1.

The obvious reason being that Pan-Slavism has been used by Russia as part of its imperialistic policies, to try to impose its rule over more lands (in the Balkans) while preaching the goal of the liberation of Slavs, which was extremely ironic considering Russia was occupying numerous lands inhabited by the Poles, and where the Poles have been the strongest cultural, economical and political force for centuries, starting from the area around Dnieper and all the way to the heart of Poland. And was hard bound to destroy the Poles culturally through Russification (which never succeded because the Russian culture was widely considered inferior to Polish and seen as such by the majority of the Poles).
Pan-Slavists in the Russian Empire saw the Poles as the biggest obstacle towards achieving the goal of controlling all the lands inhabited by the peoples speaking numerous Slavic languages all the while Poles have tried a couple of times to gain independence from Russia militarilly.
On the other hand as other Polish lands have been occupied by Germany and Austria Poles were initially quite active in Pan-Slavist movement, with Russia being mostly left out, as happened during the 1848 Congress in Prague, but as time progressed the idea (as explained above) has been mostly taken over by Russia, thus became null and void.

On top of this after the Poles have managed to achieve independence - or actually even before - both the Czechs and the Ukrainians/Ruthenians turned out to be hostile towards Poland, and any proposal for a federation/confederation, like Międzymorze (Intermarium) idea was rejected.
What little cooperation with others nations ruling nearby states we achieved it was hardly on basis of the all-Slavic unity, but rather the common problems/views or based on a regional interests, without discriminating whether someone speaks a certain language or not.

The topic was relevant in 1800s to early 1900s when most Slavs were vassalized under Germans and Turks. There was a strive from various Slavic peoples to get free of this vassalized relationship. Pan-Slavism would be a mutually benefiting deal under which Slavic peoples get free of the Germans and Turks in exchange for Russia gaining power and influence.

After WW1 when Germans and Turks got destroyted and Slavic peoples founded their independent countries the idea of Pan-Slavism has slipped into irrelevance.

Nowadays the idea has narrowed down to a mostly Polish circlejerk where Polish people discuss how they want to distance themselves from Russia and agreeing with each other. Their usual echochamber is Reddit.
