Belgian Dutch and proper High German (these Austrian and German examples). Mid-20th century Standard Dutch used to be beautiful too. Here a sample.

I like all of them. English sounds pleasant and Nordic languages sometimes come across as being similar to it, though Icelandic can sound a bit weird. Contrary to what many say German sounds sorta soft to me, including the Ich-Laut. Dutch's a nice language too, even if at times funny.

Low German is, as to sound, in the middle between High German and English. It has many vowels High German has not,
High German has only 8 sounds of vowels with ä ö ü, whereas Low German languages have far more, sounding close to English ones.
I love it so much more, but the Low German of my region almost has vanished now, which is very sad.

German and English (especially British, Australian and Canadian English) sound pleasing to me, Dutch and Swedish have also grown on me.

Can't comment on Danish, Norwegian and Icelandic as I haven't heard them enough to have an opinion.

Afrikaans is outright sexy. Dutch is great. Icelandic is probably the most elegant sounding. I like Swedish as well. Not a fan of German at all... ironically I write that as I'm listening to a song in German, but still, it is far from pretty as a language.
