Does it even matter who's sorry about him or not? I thought that Ukraine is supposed to be a state with a rule of law and any criminal and crime (no matter how severe is it) get legal punishment, considering that there's no death penalty, it's a prison term.

For lots of people in Ukraine it was a cold shower, because enough of them imagined that Russians are being vaporized and sent home in black plastic bags while Ukrainians do their job with one hand.
