You could be mistaken for various things here, but unless you're in Utah or some other places, you wouldn't stand out in some freakish way. That's because they have poor experienced or are uneducated about latm phenotypes or they have their Images based from stereotypes of mexicans etc. But In my personal opinion you don't even look castizo at most mestizo.
