    I think on a whole they definitely lean more towards English looking than Spanish people, this is just a very small specific group of a few examples.

    There are quite a few very "Latin" looking people in Northern France (though with France even in the most remote places we cannot exclude immigrant input) but they definitely lean more towards British than Spaniards or Italians.     It depends on the part of northern France as well, some areas are quite a bit lighter than others, for example around hazebrouck is quite blonde compared to Abbeville or Boulogne.

    They look intermediate between English and French people to me.
