This happened to me as well and it will go away with time.

My dad died of basically his shit lifestyle (eating garbage and smoking and drinking until he had heart failure and a stroke), and that ended up manifesting as hypochondria for me. I ended up getting a lot of heart tests done and it turns out I have some early signs that could indicate heart failure way into the future. I guess I'm glad I took those tests? I certainly stopped smoking and began eating healthier and exercising more as a result of them, lifestyle choices that I still keep up with nearly a year after the tests, but I just don't care about the test results anymore. I freaked out a lot in the beginning, I was obsessed with minimizing my risks and how I'm totally going to die tomorrow. Eventually it always mellows out. Nobody can stay in panic mode 24/7/365 forever and ever. Neither of us is going to die tomorrow, and if by some freak chance we do, there was nothing we can do about it today. There are people who smoke a pack a day and never eat vegetables and make it to 90, and people who are athletes and only eat clean and die of cancer in their 40's - my point is, do your best but relax a little because you don't control fate.

This. I honestly worry a lot about the slightest thing that will appear as a symptom in my organism. Right now, I'm getting worried some occasional mumbled speech, although I always mumble. And for some weakness in my non-dominant hand, which is always weaker than the dominant hand.

But as you've said, I can't be in panic mode forever.

Go to the gym and sweat it out
Get a punching bag and punch it out

Above all stay fit and strong. Drink 3 litres of milk and eat two whole chickens per day.

...once your body feels strong it will flow through to everything else.

I had one bout with hypochondria, and I could mentally manifest the symptomology of various diseases to the point where I thought that I actually had them. The moral of the story is *don't* look up symptoms on health websites!
