There's a good article online about how our centromeres reveal our most ancient DNA. If you have the Admixture Studio app you can isolate them and test them out on any of their calcs and make G25 sims. They all vary in distances from each other. On modern-only sources they will still shift you to your most ancient groupings, like on the K105, etc.
