We're clearly seeing a coming together of the major power holders in the world today, be they European or American or even Chinese arguably. Those at the top levels of nearly every field of influence are finding that they can achieve much greater power by working together, and technology is facilitating this.

European Union has brought unprecedented economic development and peace in Europe.
However, it should remain what it is - namely, an economic block. It should not become a federative state.
