Maybe his jaw is a little exaggerated for a Scot, but to the average person, this dude could easily be Scottish. This guy looks like a mix of 2 people I know irl, both are nearly fully ethnically Scottish. I'm sure the hair style influences my thoughts too, but I stand by my point.
