It's not because they're fucking Muslim. It's just that they happen to be muslim. These threads are so stupid! It's because they are dark, masculine and rugged. Skin texture also matters though, a big pale skinhead looking dude with patchy/rough/leathery dry looking thin skin where you can see the coloring of his veins and freckling/dried up acne spots probably won't look fem. However white skin with a decent amount of subcutaneous fat and minimal pores/very smooth and clean looking is the epitome of femininity for skin tones.
