Disagreed. What you are saying can not be applied to groups who geographically border each other yet still fought to keep themselves ethnoculturally separate. Many such examples exist.

But that wouldnt be racism. And it wouldnt be based on biology. It would be like people fighting over opinions.

Im sure many such examples exist like china and india but they are millenia old cultures im not sure they formed because they were racist probably they formed because of evolution and later expanded before they collided they did not formed that way
