    What if their perception of each other is biological differences as well along with culture? I can give a very strong example.

    It overlaps but is not the same thing.

    Im sure many such examples exist like china and india but they are millenia old cultures im not sure they formed because they were racist probably they formed because of evolution and later expanded before they collided they did not formed that way
