SNPs that determine genotypic intelligence are different than SNPs that determine these scores in your table.

For the record, I believe IQ is mostly genetic, but your methodology is bad, the results are also bad. Why should Ukrainians have higher genotypic IQ than English / German? That's highly unlikely if you look at their inventions.

Amerindian is know to have big relation with siberian, today siberian admixture is litteraly mongolians, who are know to have exactly the same cognition as east asian.
EHG is made with 66% siberian and 33% WHG, indo european is made with 50% EHG + 25% EEF + 25% CHG, CHG is made with 30% indo european...
EEF is made with 25% WHG. So what we see is that where an admiture have high iq, it is mostly due to siberian who are a common ancestor with east asians. WHG is really anecdotal and probably had exactly the same genetic as east asian.
