And of course it's not really recent Sweden & Denmark ancestry that you have, these are simply Northern German dna segments being read this way - these same dna segments are shared by people in the Sweden & Denmark cluster.
    Exactly.

I do get 29% "Sweden & Denmark" and my more northwestern wife (fully from Western Mecklenburg) gets in sum 50% "Norway" and "Sweden & Denmark".

I think they were just in minority in the whole of Franconia and in majority in Upper Franconia https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oberfr...in_Bavaria.svg f. i.
You also had notable settlements in Oberpfalz which is outside of Franconia but still in Bavaria. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oberpf...in_Bavaria.svg The Franconian parts of Thuringia have shown by recent indigenous testees to be pretty Slavic. If you consider the whole of Franconia including all western parts it may also be just 1/5. Maybe even a little less but over 15%, I'd guess.

I admit that I did not have in mind the smaller Franconian part that is in Baden-Württemberg.
