Those are some valid points the thing I'm not sure about is language: I'd choose the easier one but both seem equally hard for me.

In some parts of Antalya, even road signs are in Russian even now. Imagine 1+ million Russian/half Russian voting for next presidential elections? Likely new-Kazakhstan, if they continue growing in number. And perhaps, some "Orthodox army" involvement after some time.

Yeah, that's a valid concern and the biggest problem about sharing borders with Russia...

I'd probably prefer Turkish - at least they use the Latin alphabet.

Yeah but the Caucasus countries that separate the two are pretty small. Plus there is the Black Sea which Russia could use to invade Turkey too.

It's a problem to set war, logistics, supplies on other isolated shore of Dnepr river for both sides (one of reasons Russian troops left Kherson) and you tell about something on the other side of the sea. Turks are not a tribe with arrows. It's not a computer game.
