What makes you think they already don't? What I've noticed is that race mixing affects small countries the most: Dutch and Portuguese people already look heavily non-European due to race mixing from during the last 500 years, and many Slovaks look part-Romani. Russia became a less blonde and blue-eyed country during the Soviet era. France has many people who look part-North African and Southeast Asian, the UK and also Ireland have many people who look part-Indian and sometimes part-African. I expect the next European country that will shift to having a large population with a non-European appearance or a mixed appearance to be Switzerland, they are a small country that welcomes people based on superficial non-biological factors like wealth and education, and it's very attractive to immigrants. Or Belgium.
