His mouth and eye shape are veeery English. He could be also a compelling Belgian, actually looks more like one to me than French to me. I think grey eyes might lead some to believe that he looks Slavic but he doesn't. People often say that English and French people look a like but there are some massive differences as well. I find Belgians (both Walloons and Flemish) more like the English actually. Belgians though have far stronger Alpine component in them.

does he look more Spanish than Russian to you as well- Well, if yes, you are dellusional, sometimes a Pontid Med is Slavic/Russian, but isnt Steppe at all. So even that is extremly relative, while someone that looks awfully British is really pure Steppe.
