If you found him just by looking up people with similar names to you, then really there could be anything at play. He could be mixed and his last name is Norwegian due to his mother being a foreigner. He could be adopted. It's not the dark hair and eyes that make me think he is not Scandinavian, but he is truly unusual looking for Scandinavia as well. Perhaps I'm wrong. Yes he could pass as Greek.

Who said that all the rejected Germanics should pass in Greece? No he doesn't pass as Greek with that nose, Millkaner is right. He looks what he is, Indian.

The bartender in the first photo is even blacker. Looks like something to do with India.

According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

I did some further investigation into his background. On Facebook he admits to being ethnic Norwegian explicitly. He was raised at least partially on a farm in Ålen, Sør-Trøndelag.
Here is him (right) and his two brothers in 1955 before his compulsory education:
His leathery complexion seems not too unusual for some Scandinavians who tan excessively. His hair was not always dark (probably closest to Fischer #4 now) as is visible in the above photo. I'm not sure how atypical he actually is morphologically.
Here is him and his current significant other. Do you find her atypical as well?
