This is like one of those "Anglo-Saxons have wide feet and diagonal toe lines while Celts have narrow feet and straight toe lines" things. Of course, the OP might just have a foot fetish.

South Asian Caucasoid types (Indids) have the biggest feet and hands for their height IMO.
