Give it a rest Tooting. You talking to someone who has travelled the world, OK. Not some amateur hiding behind a computer. I did not say they were the poorest in the world either.

No, but you said they were practically Third World, when that is only true of some Balkan and Caucasus countries.

Oh please. Immigrants are attracted to wealthier nations like Belgium, Sweden, Norway, etc…. Whether Third Worlders or First Worlders still come to our country. Brussels being the capital of the European Union, NATO, and so on. You’d expect folks coming from all over the world. There are also plenty of Eastern European immigrants here as well. We’re in the top 15 richest nations in Europe (2023). We are not doing that bad. Germany is full of Third Worlders as well. Plenty of Turks, so what’s your issue, Hun?

Oh, Septentrion, the great world traveler! Did you get your 'Little Traveler's badges' from your mom's basement toy box? Please, spare us the tales of your epic adventures in the land of your imagination.

And as for your geography lessons on East-Central Europe being 'almost third world,' I'm curious if that insight was stumbled upon on the back of a cereal box or perhaps found nestled inside a fortune cookie.

But hey, keep entertaining us with your stand-up routine. You've got a future in comedy – just not in international relations.

Hhahaha, if east central Europe is not almost third world then why have so many people from Hungary, Slovakia, Poland have been flooding Britains towns and cities? even the Spanish don't feel that poor that they want to go and live in Shitholchester on Trent and do a menial job there.

There's a significant gap between labeling an entire country as 'almost third world' and the number of immigrants from that country. The fact they go the UK in order to get a better salary doesn't mean the label is fitting - those countries aren't poor, the UK simply offers greater economic prospects.

So they would rather settle in a dump like Luton or Dagenham, living conditions must be terrible back in eastern Europe if they want to live in an awful area doing menial work, they are strictly speaking second world countries in reality on par with Turkey or Azerbaijan.
