She's likely at least 25% Mongoloid. Saamis from Norway seems to be the most East Asian-shifted. I have seen some on G25 who can score up to 30-32% Mong.

Reminds me a little of Jon Henrik Fjällgren who is a Colombian adopted into a Saami family.
