Does my father has Finno-Ugric/Tatar admixture?
Maybe some Russian members know more about the regions, but as far as I know they are Finno-Ugric + Estonia/Lithuania.

He might have some small parts since he has Iran influenced autosomal and probably carries some extra of the frontiers groups in India who might carry these Finno-Ugric parts. There was also some Baltic like component shows up among some people in India, even I have 2+% based on K15 Euro calc. That is normal given you suspect he has some ROma ancestry which includes such small parts of frontier admix
