So, Africans have less neanderthal but more admix from an unknown African Archaic hominim.
Arabs have probably nearly no admix from that African hominim.
Arabs also have less neanderthal than Europeans, Levantines and Asians.
In terms of phenotype, Arabs Also have a quite progressive look and only differ from gracile-mediterraneans mainly in soft tissues.

You are thinking all Arabs are Basal and probably extrapolating to Jews etc.. which might not be true



The earliest sample from Georgia, An Upper Paleolithic specimen from Kotias Klde cave in the Caucasus (Caucasus_25,000BP) had around 24% Basal Eurasian and 76% Upper Paleolithic European ancestry and that ancestry was the main y-dna that replaced those DE branches in Arabia and Levant. many Arabs have higher caucasian input and also very recent high caucasian admix. Some of the Levant have highest localised Neanderthal input due to caves there.
