    Default The baltic countries problem (G25 calculators)

    I noticed in almost every calculator, baltic countries always get to higest remaining distance among european countries.

    Yes, it’s called the Baltic-Slavic drift. When a population is isolated for a long time it can drift away. For instance, Germanics and Balto-Slavs have the same ancestry and can be modeled with exactly the same components (Yamnaya, EEF and WHG) but yet the Balto-Slavs drifted away because of long isolation

    Aren't all modern Europeans modeled with Yamnaya, EEF and WHG, but in different proportions?
