Probably me. I was born and partly raised in Czech Republic, partly raised in the US. I now live in a rural part of the US South and I'd say I blend in pretty well, but I also blend in pretty well among other Eastern Europeans. I am fully comfortable in both environments but honestly prefer the demeanor of Americans most of the time, they are just nicer people.

In his defense isn't he disabled? I don't think it says much about how American or non American he is if his disability is why he lives with his dad.

That being said he is American. So it's assumed he will be American culturally. So I don't think the question even applies to him.
