this one isnt necessarily bad though. I consider it as a filter for shallow people, because those who have height as their number 1 priority are usually not very interesting

Tall guys have the "manager" presence. Typically in the corporate world you will only find managers that are tall.

Female executives tend to be tall too. I read that the average for them was 5'9". I *think* that Caxton and Pace have a study about that. They might have even claimed that taller women are smarter than shorter women, which might be a good subject for a popcorn thread.

I guess so (in Anglo world, that is looks obsessed that is). But it doesn't make sense. They should be selected based on their ability.
