His mother is Zambian, but his father is Welsh. Anyway, I am disappointed he won. (No, not because he is Black, but because he was the Health Minister during the pandemic who introduced semi-totalitarian laws much of the time here). There is something rather apposite and ironic that him being elected FM just happened to come on the same day that Wales lost at home to Italy in the Six Nations, coming last in the process for the first time since 2003.

Oh I know but anyway he is non white, I actually wanted him to win as it would discredit the Labour movement in Wales in the same way the Asian bloke has discredited the SNP and made them less popular, having unwelsh/unscottish leaders in charge of the main parties might actually get people to wake up though that is a bit optimistic knowing the Celtic electorates.

Ireland didn't elect him but they have a half Indian PM (Taoiseach).
