Barranquilleros are lighter than Cartageneros and have a higher input of European/Middle Eastern ancestry. They are not really the same. I would argue Barranquilla is mostly tri-racial leaning towards mestizo with sizeable populations of European and Middle Eastern peoples; Cartagena is also tri racial but with more black admixture on average. Definitely not mulatto to the same extent as places like Dominican Republic, although mulattoes might be more common there.
Cartagena is probably the one with the highest SSA admixture on average, but still very mixed. Cali has the highest share of fully black people.
Both countries hover around 10% when it comes to SSA ancestry from what I’ve gathered.
