I don't think this has to do with height. I'd reject just about any man who approached me for a date unless we knew each other beforehand. I find it weird. Obviously in Eastern Europe and West Asia people are gonna be a little bit more conservative and probably not do the weird cold approach thing as often.

My mom says cold approaches were basically unheard of when she was growing up in Eastern Europe.

And Latin Americans are stereotyped to be way more extroverted as well as sexually open compared to Turkey and Eastern Europe.
