    Default Classify two northern french

    They are brothers, same parents.

They are my cousins on my maternal grandmother's side (northern french).

The more exotic of the two brothers, in addition to being damn ugly, has traits that I have already found in certain members of my father's family, but perhaps less exotic, my father was, phenotypically speaking, already a little closer to him but less ugly.

On the maternal side of my mother's French family, they are very far from the "Gaulish" caricature that some have (they are neither red-headed nor blond, they are not tall, they do not have a Nordic facial features at all, some are even closer to the "berid" face, very North African IMO), but they are still locals without any trace of contribution other than the French from the North, radically Gaulish.

I would not say that the exotic cousin is "typical", but it is true that certain modern individuals from the North of France, non-mixed locals, sometimes have a phenotype that I would equate to the Middle East, or even the Maghreb (+ the style - outfit, haircut, excessive tan and vocabulary- which increases the effect).

If we go back in time, their ancestors had more normal characteristics.
    Maybe it's dysgenic.

Interesting family... That Sicilian-like guy is extremely un-French looking while all others are totally typical for their ethnic group (from Toulouse to Lyon and Amiens) and they definitely have "nordic" influences, unlike what you said. Maybe a genetic test would clear his case (i find it nearly impossible to believe that guy isn't of immigrant origin)

I don't think he is fully French, i spent a week in southern France last year and only saw such faces among Ghetto Maghrebis.

He's. And yes, he looks like a Algerian, but he's a French from the North.

This is my father (with his genetic data above, including DNA test). He's not the caricatural blonde gaulish, but still a ethnic French from the North.

I could pay for a DNA test for him and I would show the results on Apricity.

In the meantime, my father has a relatively similar phenotype and slightly less dark pigmentation, but he is indeed native to the North of France (I have his genealogy and I have his genetic data)
