1B. My hair quality is complete shit, and totally different when I was a child (I had thick hair, now it's extremely thin and fine).

I'm taking pills to stimulate root strenght but it doesn't help much. And I spend lot of money at hairdresser every month.
I have terrible diet (eat very little and not nutritious food) and smoke (but not much) and was quite underweight after summer so that probably doesn't help.

I have the same type of hair. I find that biotin supplements and collagen powder helps. I also do a castor oil mask when I have time. But honestly, it’s genetic. I don’t think there is much you can do to change that.

Mostly straight, but there are days when the ends get wavier. It does not hold curls well.
