ISIS is a western creation and Putin was among few that really fought ISIS in Syria. But there is no evidence Ukraine is behind this. Some "confessions" and similar PSY OP mean nothing. FSB was behind false flag attack that was their justification for attack on Chechenya in turn of last century.
