While Hamas consistently denies their use of human shields, they instead point fingers at Israel. However, it's evident that a significant portion of those casualties, purportedly civilians, are tragically caught in the crossfire as Hamas strategically positions themselves within civilian areas.

The Ukrainian secret services, indeed the entire Ukrainian government, is financed by the US,
so logically the Ukrainian intelligence services are the US intelligence services.

We know that the CIA has been training the Ukrainians for offensive operations inside Russia since before the Ukraine War;
terrorism may be a more powerful attack than mere sabotage or assassination.
It will backfire of course because the Russian resolve will grow stronger.

In this case the terrorists seem to be mercenaries recruited from some exotic place.
Whether they kill themselves or not depends on their training/programming.

I believe that the CIA has much greater capacity for worldwide recruitment, training and programming than the Ukrainians.

Probably the CIA and/or Mossad is involved in both. The Mossad is often quite effective in Iran.

Where were the Tajiks recruited and trained? Afghanistan? Tajikistan? Elsewhere?

Hamid Karzai once said that the CIA was bringing Syrian Islamists to Afghanistan, training them,
