It seems that Putin has finally decided to appear today, in a short and dry pre-recorded message, not open to questions from journalists. Not a single mention of the origin of the terrorists or who claimed the attack, but the window of opportunity to try to implicate Ukraine was surely not overlooked. Quite convenient. After this security failure at all levels, my interpretation is that the next maneuver is to gain momentum and keep on implicating Ukraine in any way possible. There's a new phase in the invasion being prepared and likely another mobilization under the banner of "united Russia".

Crimean bridge is legit military target, as are cities on UKR-RUS border. By international law attacked country can bomb enemy territory near the border it it is attacked from those regions. But terror attack like this in Moscow with so many killed and wounded is completely different thing.

That is pure terorism. I am not saying Ukraine is certainly not behind it, I am saying there is no evidence they are and that it should be investigated in a professional manner. I don't see how could Ukraine benefit from massacre in Moscow and possible new mobilisation vawe/more severe attacks on Ukrainian cities as Varda wrote.
