Sort of, I have 4 native Guernseymen (?) with French surnames and this is how they are modelled in K36. Many of the people there would be more English though.
Distance to: Guernsey(n=4)
2.44409943 59.00% French + 41.00% Icelandic
2.69101157 80.20% English_Lancashire + 19.80% Spanish_Camp_de_Tarragona
2.71956086 82.40% English_Southeast + 17.60% Spanish_Barcelones
2.73598136 61.80% English_Lancashire + 38.20% French
2.74432827 56.20% English_Yorkshire + 43.80% French
2.75208564 64.00% English_Southeast + 36.00% French
On a British clustering tree they cluster with Devon and Cornwall.
On this PCA they (CI) are just South of the English, but it's from Channel Islands born people in the UK, so probably skewed English compared to the average there.
