Text of the 16th Amendment:

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

After comparing your statements from the OP, with the text of the 16th Amendment, it can be plainly seen that an income tax is Constitutional.

After reading your second post, I did go back and watch the video. Mr. Bannister talked about his own investigation of the tax code, and his experiences with IRS retaliation, but he said nothing that I can remember about constitutionality.

Unless it is repealed, the 16th Amendment still stands.

If a company is 50% AI enabled it will pay x amount of tax on top of standard corporate tax
If a company is 80% AI enabled it will pay higher amount of "AI tax" on top of standard corporate tax.

You said it right congress! ....not the IRS!, please find me the law passed by congress where income tax is taxable. This is what the dude from the video was referring to and how the IRS has a hanbdbook clearly indicating that citizen's income can't be taxed (as of current).

Your OP says that the "Income Tax is unconstitutional!", but it clearly is constitutional. Laws passed by Congress are a different subject.

At Turbo Tax, it says that "In the United States, it isn't the payment of tax that's voluntary. Rather, it's the manner in which people submit their own taxes."
