Muslims in Raška/Sandžak region (SW Serbia and NE Montenegro) are way more patriarchal than those in Bosnia.

Depends. They are generally not following islamic customs strictly, but since the war there was vawe of radicalisation and you have wahabbi villages in Bosnia. This started when radical foreign fighters came in 1990s from MENA shitholes.

Albanians are more conservative in Kosovo (and probably north Macedonia) and more liberal in Albania.

Problem in Bosnia isn't religion related, but with culture and mentality that is very patriarchal and primitive (but also very welcoming towards strangers for eg.) Women are treated as lower beings by both Christians and muslims and domestic violence is extremely common.
