The two bullies I talked about there were my own bullies. The guy I mentioned who commited suicide was severely bullied, not just by one or two people but like almost the whole class ganged up on him. Some like to tell themselves that bullies end up as drug abusers and homeless or that it will be the bullied victim who becomes their boss because karma will get to them for what they did. My point is that I don't find that to be true in general. At least that's my own experience.

Oh, you misunderstood. I was talking about a wide range of trauma, maybe the word did sound too extreme: but for example a kid whose parents are divorcing could pick on some other boy due to frustration, that doesn't mean he'll be a maniac when old... He'll eventually get over it, as most people do.

I think people react too emotional about things- like bad treatment or rejections. Its the victim mentality that is the problem in the case- any over-emotional reaction. I remember being passive aggressive after feeling unfair treatment of my Basketball coach at the time, at the end my behaviour did not help me, just fuck it, move on and stay positive you ll find people who like you.

No, I don't think I ever witnessed bullying firsthand when I was in school either, only heard accounts of it.
