Basically a very rich person does not care about the real world and poorers, they live in a isolated "perfect world" and in a isolated place. A rich person is interested in capitalism and free market and its based on third world labour force in general. If we are talking about hollywood celebs then their reputation is the most important, so they are talking about the problems of third world + usual leftist agenda, world peace etc to appear in newspapers.
In my opinion riches cannot be true leftists. The real Left is based on socialism and working class, this idea is far away from Beverly Hills. The new Left called "woke" is just created by the elite to divert attention away from the real problems of working class and poors. Like I said before, I never stated I was impotent. I had low libido due to stress and I thought I had hormonal problems, I also stated I was asexual because I did not understand the meaning of asexuality (I am not asexual either). People who have lower libido are still able to get erections. People who are dieting and are on a calorie deficit can also get lower libido, for example (calorie deficit can be a source of stress for their body). I said I had hormonal problems because I thought the libido change correlated with the change of testosterone, but then it turned out I had normal testosterone level according to the blood test. And this was 3-4 or maybe 5 years ago. My libido returned to normal since then.

It's funny how all those issues they obsess over only have any relevancy because mega corporations support them, the same ones that they despise. Without mega corporations, none of those stuff you mentioned would have any relevancy in the West. And in every single country, the regions where capitalism is more pronounced (big cities), you have more tolerance towards those kind of stuff. Hollywood/Disney even took risks and lost some money on a couple of movies because it was important for them to spread their ideology. And in parts of the country that are more working class heavy, you have much more intolerance towards that nonsense.

Their obsession with these culture war topics you mentioned is the reason why they're called Cultural Marxists, because they try to take Marxist logic and apply it to a cultural context. Just replace "bourgeois" and "proletariat" with "white/straight/cisgender/abled/etc." and its opposite. They're not really Marxists though, they're evolved to become their own distinct thing. Marx and Engels would have had them executed if they were around.
