Would you mind elaborating on your definition here of 'rough'? Danes usually are pretty sturdily built, and are amongst the largest-headed of all Europeans (although there are plenty of lanky-faced Nordid types). This is what you are getting at?

People think of northern Germans as having a lot of pretty coarse/rough/cavemanesque types, but honestly, it appears Danes do have them slightly beat.

I am honestly trying to hone in my German skills as we speak. As a result, I subscribe to a German-language channel called NDR Doku, which concerns itself with covering the lives of its everyday inhabitants. Ofc, this concerns the areas of Niedersachsen, Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. From what I can see, there is a pretty even mix of rough, cavemanesque, broad-faced, UP-influenced types and gracile-faced Nordid types. In terms of facial features (I know I am repeating myself here), there is still a difference (however subtle) between said population and both the Dutch and the Danes. This is my perspective, ofc, but it doesn't sound like it differs too much from yours (concerning individual facial features).

Scandinavia isn't entirely homogeneous, but the differences are so subtle that they are often lumped together. On average, Swedish women definitely take the cake for beauty (from a European perspective), even though I am geared towards the Mediterranean type. Eastern Norwegians are identical to Swedes so we can definitely lump those two together. But Denmark is an interesting case-in-point. There are certainly very few FUGLY Danes, although I still think Swedes take the cake. Ofc, Copenhagen is the fashion capital of Scandinavia, as well as the fact that Danes generally have great fashion sense. In some ways it doesn't surprise me when people talk of visiting Copenhagen and feeling like 'everyone is a model'.

Pretty much everyone in this video has rather 'pleasant' features, but there is nothing that 'stands out', nothing striking in anyone here compared to further north or in Ireland. There is a plethora of comments mentioning how 'good-looking' the Danes in the video are. Maybe it's confirmation bias, knowing that the majority of the people in said video are tall(ish). Ofc, excluding individual facial features, blonde hair/blue eyes/high cheekbones are often an aesthetic winner and these are hardly rare Denmark. I will reiterate, Danish girls do not quite compare to Swedish girls. The question is, am I mistaken? What am I missing?

Scandinavian women are generally very pretty. There are some very beautiful round-featured Borreby women in Denmark. The Scandinavian look was seen as "ideal" look for Europids everywhere in Europe.

Norb was very good looking, my father was imo good looking and I have known many English with good looks, I don't think all English men are considered ugly, just mainly the 60% or so that make up the working classes.

The British Isles have the best looking people *and* the worst looking people, and some American regions are like that. I get an "N word pass" on this subject.
