If Iran attacks Israel the US will go to war with Iran. This something Israel has wanted the US to do for a long time and Netanyahu also knows this is the only way he can win his conflict (and ethnically cleanse Gaza and the West Bank) because right now his war in Gaza while having destroyed the infrastructure and killed thousands of innocent civilians is a bust. The Israeli paper Haaretz is already calling the war in Gaza a failure because Hamas hasn't been destroyed and the hostages are still held.

I still hope Iran wipes out Israel. The US should sit it out.

Israel would nuke Iran. They have what they call the Samson Option. There is no question they'd turn to nukes.

Israel will be a failed state in a few generations because the only people within its borders who have children are Hasidic Jews (who are not only exempt from conscription but live in their own little world), and the rest of the world's Jewish population is better off where they are.

War would be terrible for everyone. It's only Netanyahu and the extreme right in Israel that want to escalate this conflict out of desperation. Netanyahu is like a degenerate gambler who is in so deep that he has to go all in.

Even without US intervention, Iran can't do anything against Israel. The only thing that they have are their ballistic missiles. On the other hand, Israel has nukes.
