It's hard to say since you are fat. I think you have a lot of potential. You need to lose tens of pounds of weight and get jacked. But I doubt that would help you either since your problem is mental.

I think you have a lot of potential if you loose all that fat. Also, low testosterone you had most of your life created bloated and somewhat feminine face.
