I guess I think of the average American as skinny, but that's not quite true. You'd probably be above average if you were lean at your age. Only way to find out is to lose the weight.

A narrow chin is not a hallmark of male beauty, but yeah your nose is fine. Your eyes are definitely good, but you have minimal cheekbone definition and little jaw definition (the latter will definitely improve with weight loss). This conversation really does not matter because I am making assumptions on how you'd look lean. Just lose the weight, you'll look better no matter what.

Being handsome is more than just the sum of its parts. It is how those part flow together.

Other than losing weight, you can't do anything about your facial features.

Either the gym or the surgery table. There's no special hat or haircut that will alter your appearance. You will be average range when you lean down, and if you still have romantic problems then, it's not your looks that are the issue.

Well, the good news here is that meade is unlikely to scrounge up the cash for plastic surgery, so at least that disaster is averted. (true enough that nobody EVER seems to look better, or for that matter human, after the procedure)

There are numerous cases of jaw surgery, other miscallaneous osteotomies and custom implants turning out fine. Of course, there are plenty of disasters with fillers and implants as well, but plastic surgery can turn out fine or even great in some cases.
