Men from my Mother's Side of the Family all have a very dinstinctive look, how would you classify it

They are all men from my maternal grandfathers family (he's in there as well) and they all look very similiar, they all come from a very rural gated community.
They all had light to dark blond hair and blue eyes.

Their Haplogroup was R1B, what would you classify them as?

I should clear up, picture one and six are the same man(my grandfather), and picture three and five is also the same guy (his brother), the other two are cousins

well, Central Europe is where Celts, Germanics and Slavs met, they seem to show all these influences as a group
