    It's not that I'm a strong person. It's not part of my nature and so it's not something I have to overcome. Whether someone is strong or not (mentally tough) is dependent on if they can overcome their fears, obstacles, struggles, etc. People have different fears, obstacles to overcome, struggles, etc.

    Same situation. With Portugal, the good was decriminalizing drugs; the bad was everything else. Harm-reduction programs are another government boondoggle.
