Nothing unique about these eyes, half of northern Europeans have them. She doesn't have anything Baltid.
Borealized reduced Nordid and looks Germanic.

I disagree. She has very long medial canthi, high palpebral fissure fength and a robust supraorbital ridge, of which are enough I think to give her a unique eye area. While I cannot measure this, I can at least give a little reasoning here.
If you look at the above photo, you can see her eyes are huge. Granted, they're wide open, but even so they still seem massive, as there is a very large surface area of sclera showing. Additionally her eyes don't assume a fully round shape as is typical for someone with their eyes wide open. This is due to the lateral nature of her palprebral fissure.
And now, the medial canthi. While the length of the medial canthi can be simply genetic, the height of the nasion and deep-settedness of the eyes play a crucial role. If you look at the above image, you can see she has very deep-set eyes for a woman. The reason this relates to the medial canthus is that the nasion stretches the soft tissue. Counterexamples can be seen in young children (white infants and toddlers tend to have epicanthal folds and grow out of them as their nose develops) and Sinids.
Lastly, she has a low-set and projected supraorbital ridge, especially for a woman, which is very pronounced in the above photo. This results in her upper eyelids being obscured and her eyebrows being low-set as well.
Basically I think she's got some rather unique eyes due to her compact orbital shape, supraorbitals, and surrounding soft tissue. (I was wrong about her canthal tilt though, I measured it at roughly 10 degrees, which is high for a woman, but still within in normal range, I think her deep-settedness and undereye support fooled me into thinking it was higher.)
But I agree with this.

@Immanenz I don't know how to reply to the reputation comment thing; but no, I am not that guy. Someone asked me in another thread if I was the "new komintasavalta" which gave me a laugh when I checked his profile. I am just autistic and into morphology.
