well, he has the standard Anatolid eyes, a bit more Med skull + features though skin might be slight Turan influenced

He's from Rize. They have even less East Eurasian admixture than Europeans. They are not ethnic Turks.

He looks East European. Could easily pass in Ukraine, Bulgaria and some parts of Russia as well.
