He looks more Western than most lighter Iranics and proto-Nordics.
If no Eastern Euro/steppe ancestry my theory is he's a reduced Iranid. Lucky phenotype.

What I meant is that he has the "western med" face. He looks british, the heavily mediterranean type. I notice iranians look more like med europeans, while afghans look often more like central, north and east european, when referring to the ones that can pass in Europe. Especially compared to pashtuns, who lacks distinct west iranic or med appearances. This Is why I said "iranian type"
That's fine. I haven't seen enough kabulis then, if you're strictly referring to the capital. You did post that video of those kabulis in Los Angeles wedding/party. But then outside kabul, pashtuns lack this med look as far as I noticed. Only very few has this, while I once a while see tajiks with this kind of face.

That's because most rural afghans including tajiks like shamalis and pashtuns etc are more inbred, i.e. marrying within the same village/tribe etc. People from the city are less inbred and more heterogeneous. Also, environmental factors play a big part. It's not only Kabul but other major cities.

That is absolutely false. Firstly, if anything I find more med faces among pashtuns than shamali Tajiks, who tend to look more Caucasus/Turkic mixes. To say it's absent among pashtuns is a big claim when I've seen with my own eyes many med looking faces among pashtuns. You seem very narrow minded.
