"Heresy" according to some, "God's way" according to some others. Its all subjective.
Why keep the bible, if it's irrelevant what it says about certain things? Both new and old testament declare homosexuality a sin. If it doesn't follow the bible and it's chief tenets then it's not really Christianity anymore. I don't really care about homosexuals, meaning I don't hate them and don't wish them harm or to go to hell, but I don't think they should marry or adopt children, nor should their lifestyle be promoted by media and government.

Why ask me, its a fantastic ancient book for me and nothing else. I have it because it was gifted to me when i was working at a church and i of course had to read it a little bit but thats it, i wouldnt shape my life with that book.

As for christianity, as i say, keeping some things while scrapping some other things makes it subjective and its what Christianity is in reality.
