This is a recipe I came up with a few months ago. It's very tasty, and yummy!


Carrots cooked in cream
1 pound carrots, peeled, and thinly sliced
1/4 of an onion, diced
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
sea salt to taste
thyme to taste
pepper to taste

Saute carrots and onion in butter until soft. Add the cream and seasonings, and gently cook until the cream is absorbed by the carrots. It makes a yummy side dish!
