    Default Chicken stuffed peppers

    CHICKEN STUFFED PEPPERS

    2 pointed peppers
    2 breasts/legs of chicken minced (400g)
    1 clove garlic (crushed)
    1 egg
    Cheese
    Tablespoon cornflour
Herbs of your choice, I use Pineapple Sage
    Salt and pepper

Cut your peppers in half so they will lie flat on a baking tray, if possible leave the green end on.
Mix the minced chicken with the egg, herbs, garlic, cornflour, salt and pepper, and fill into the peppers. grate a little cheese over the top.
place into a 180C oven for 20-25 minutes.

Goes well with crusty bread and salad as the peppers produce plenty of juice.

Sounds nice. I've made stuffed peppers with some rice, onion and ground beef before.
